Shipping & Returns
Our free shipping promotion is only applicable to orders delivered in the United States, although, in an effort to provide quality service to our customers in Canada, we do discount shipping rates. Unfortunately, at this time, international shipping is not available to countries outside of North America. Our postal carrier of choice is the USPS and all orders are sent First Class, unless otherwise requested. New orders are typically processed within 24 hours and all customers will receive a confirmation email once the order is received and another email with any tracking information once the order leaves our warehouse. If you have any questions once an order is placed, please have your order number available when you contact us. Also, if your order was damaged in transit, please notify us immediately.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the day the order was placed to request a full refund. Simply send your entire order, which includes the Back Applicator, to our shipping department at: 3619 Longridge Court Abingdon, MD 21009. Please include your order number and the last four digits of the credit card you used to make the purchase. Once received, we will initiate a refund for the full amount of your purchase through our credit card processor, Authorize.net. Powderma employees DO NOT have access to customer payment information. Also, we DO NOT charge a re-stocking fee. You will be refunded 100% of the purchase price, that's the Powderma Promise.
